Viterbi decoder is commonly utilized in digital communication because of its effectiveness in error correction. In this paper, we implement Viterbi algorithm based on Cellular Neural Network (CNN) in which cells play roles as nodes in the trellis diagram. The simulation and realization of CNN{based Viterbi decoder show the feasibility and the accuracy of our approach.
